The Marshall County School District will continue the Provision II Option for National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program for the 2024-2025 school year. The Provision II will allow the Marshall County School District to provide free meals to all enrolled students.
NUTRITION is a cornerstone for learning and the Marshall County School District is proud to participate in this program to ensure the nutritional needs of every child is fulfilled. Healthy meals will allow our students to attain their greatest educational potential.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by mail:
